We want you to be stoked on your order. If something isn't right, we've got you!
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Items must be unused, unridden, and in original packaging.
- Sale items and wax/grip tape are final sale — no returns.
Exchanges
- We accept exchanges within 30 days for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Decks that have been mounted cannot be exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 2 business days.
- Drop it off and we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately!
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items.
- For all other returns, a $5 restocking/shipping fee may apply.
